I love working across all parts of an organisation helping move it forward towards its goals. I thrive on solving those gnarly problems, coming up with simple and practical ways forward and actually seeing it all come together.  Any solution needs to be sustainable and that is super important to me so I always make sure that what we put in place actually works for both the organisation and its people.
